Week 10 – I’m calling Bullshit

263??? I’m totally calling bullshit. It’s not physically possible. Yes, while I did go hog wild over the weekend, I stayed at 1300 calories per day for the rest of the week. That means on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, I would have needed to consume roughly 12,100 calories per day to offset what I did on the first 4 days of the week and have enough excess energy to store as 6 pounds of fat. So yeah, bullshit. Six pounds of bullshit.

Week 9 Recap

Did a lot of shooting and reshooting yesterday. I have yet to look at the footage to see if it’s usable, but I did make anther batch of onion jam, Powder Tortilla Man, diet pig schnitzel, herbed mashed rutabagas, sauteed baby spinach, and a very flavorful diet gravy with the worst texture. It’s experimental, low-calorie cuisine. They shouldn’t all be winners. Nothing to learn if they are all perfect.

Week 8 Recap

There we go. 259.4. Finally. 3.2 pounds for the week. That means that since January 8, I’m officially down 22 pounds. At least twice that more to go. At this point I’m just thrilled to be out of the 260’s. Because some people will ask, no, I don’t feel better. I didn’t feel badly before. I can move better and that’s nice.

Week 7 Recap – Getting Back on Track

was a delightful week, food wise. My love affair with black market eggs continues. Fresh from the chickens butt, exceedingly poachable, no breakdown of albumin into that watery goo, and overall beautiful. They are a little on the expensive side, though, at $0.50 each, but so worth it. I should do an egg poaching video.

Week 6 – Monitor and Control

Thanks to “The Stall”, I took more than a couple days off; the entire week actually. Here’s how it happened. I grabbed things and put them in my face hole. No. That’s not it. I was focused on “The Stall” and at my irritation with it showing up the way it did. Knowing it was coming was one thing, but it threw off my schedule and plan and that’s the sort of thing that just makes me crazy.
