Another Damn Brisket Rub
My "go to" brisket rub.
Ingredients
- 350 g sugar, brown
- 100 g salt, kosher
- 10 g pepper, black, ground
- 40 g garlic powder
- 40 g onion powder
- 20 g cinnamon, ground
Instructions

Notes
This is my brisket rub. The recipe will probably make more than you need and you can store the excess as long as there's no cross contamination. Don't use too much as it will form a weird sort of paste on your brisket.
