Sausage Apple Gouda Kolaches

Breakfast sausage, diced Fuji apples, and smoked gouda folded into a thick bechamel, finished with fresh sage to pull it all together.

It’s sweet, salty, creamy, and just a little woodsy. These kolaches blur the line between comfort food and culinary flex, but they don’t put on airs.
